The priest

This piece was inspired by a series of teaching by a messanic jew called Dick Reuben. He taught on the old testament priesthood and showed how their garments and practices have deep spiritual meaning for todays church.

The piece talks about salvation, righteousness, baptism of the Spirit, the fruits and gift of the Spirit and intercession for the nations.

I was deeply moved by what I heard and made this piece as a outworking of what I had learned.

This sideboard also incorporates a storage compartment behind the front ephod (door) and there is a small drawer underneath this as well.
