In this fun and hands-on beginner-friendly course, you’ll learn traditional woodworking techniques to create your own unique scoop. Using a variety of tools including a bandsaw, axe, spokeshave, gouge, and some whittling for fine detail, you’ll shape and sculpt your design under expert guidance.
Working at a wood bench in a small group, you’ll explore safe and effective methods for holding and carving wood, giving you a solid foundation in basic hand-tool woodworking.
